Notice version 2026-10-18 · JHC Creations membership

Membership applications are open. Each application is reviewed by a JHC administrator before member access is approved. This notice describes how the membership system handles your information.

Who is responsible

JHC Creations Inc., General Trias, Cavite, Philippines, is responsible for the membership information described here. These business details follow the founders’ agreement supplied by JHC. For questions or privacy requests, use the member request form or contact the concierge. A dedicated privacy email has not yet been supplied.

Why we collect your details

JHC Creations collects your name, email address, contact number, address, password credential, membership application and account status. We also keep your consent record, completed and other purchase entries, membership tier, privacy requests, and a limited history of administrative and security actions.

We use this information to review membership applications, manage your account, communicate about your application and purchases, maintain purchase records, calculate membership standing, prevent abuse, and handle privacy requests. Your address supports your member record and purchase coordination. Do not provide government identifiers, payment card details or identity documents in these forms.

The requested consent covers application review, account service and purchase-based membership tiers. Marketing is not included. JHC must identify any separate contractual, accounting, legal or security basis for continued processing where applicable. Consent is not a waiver of your privacy rights.

Application review & membership standing

An administrator reviews every application. Until approval, you may sign in to check the decision and submit privacy requests, but cannot enter member-only profile or purchase areas. If rejected, an administrator may provide a reason.

Only confirmed completed purchases in Philippine pesos count toward cumulative spending. Pending, failed and refunded entries are excluded. Your spending determines the highest configured tier threshold reached; administrators can edit thresholds or apply a documented tier override. An override does not change your purchase total. You may request correction or human review of a purchase or tier.

Who may access your information

Your profile and purchase information are available to you and authorized JHC owners and administrators. General inquiry staff do not receive membership access. The site uses Hostinger hosting with a private database for membership records. Any email or payment provider must be separately configured, assessed and documented by JHC; installing this system does not activate payment processing or email delivery.

Service providers may process data in other countries according to their configuration and agreements. JHC must confirm the actual providers, processing locations and safeguards before launch. We do not display your address or lifetime spending publicly.

Keeping information secure

The membership system hashes passwords, uses protected session cookies, restricts access on the server, validates submitted information and limits repeated requests. Purchase and administrative changes are recorded for accountability. JHC remains responsible for secure administrator access, provider agreements, backups, staff procedures and incident response.

Retention & account closure

The business retention schedule is awaiting finalization. Information should be kept only as long as necessary for the declared purpose or a documented legal obligation. Pending and rejected applications require regular review; unnecessary profile data should be removed or anonymized after verified account closure. Purchase, accounting or dispute records may need to be retained separately with restricted access.

Retention of audit logs, notifications and backups also needs an approved schedule. This installation records privacy requests; it does not automatically erase all records or run a scheduled retention process. JHC must assess each deletion request, document any retained categories and reasons, and carry approved deletion through its providers and backup procedures.

Your choices & privacy rights

The Philippines Data Privacy Act of 2012, Republic Act No. 10173, provides rights concerning your personal information, including information about processing, access, correction, objection and erasure or blocking where applicable.

  • Access: sign in and download your personal data, or submit an access request for further review.
  • Correction: approved members can edit personal details. Email changes require the current password and end existing sessions. Use a correction request to dispute purchase or tier records.
  • Consent withdrawal: submit a withdrawal request. JHC must explain the effect on membership and assess any separate lawful basis for specific retained processing.
  • Deletion or closure: request account deletion. Identity and applicable recordkeeping requirements must be reviewed; deletion is not necessarily immediate or complete for legally required records.

Sign in and use Privacy & requests. This route is available to pending, approved and rejected members. If you cannot access an account, use Contact the concierge on the website and state that your inquiry is a privacy request. Do not send passwords or identity documents. A dedicated privacy contact and response procedure must be finalized before launch.
